At Yuné, we want you to love what you receive. We carefully source and inspect every product before it reaches you. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Exchange Policy
We offer product exchange within 3 days of delivery as confirmed by courier tracking. We do not offer cash refunds — eligible issues are resolved through product exchange only.
You Are Eligible for Exchange If
• The product you received is damaged or broken on arrival
• You received the wrong product or wrong variant
• The product set is incomplete — missing components from the advertised set
You Are Not Eligible for Exchange If
• You simply changed your mind or are dissatisfied with the style, color, or design — as products are imported, variations from screen appearance may occur
• The product has been worn, used, or altered in any way
• The product was damaged after delivery due to mishandling
• More than 3 days have passed since delivery as confirmed by courier tracking
• Original packaging, tags, and invoice are missing
How to Request an Exchange
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Share your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Our team will review and respond within 24 hours.
If approved, we will guide you through the return process and send a replacement.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Yuné is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning items.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original Yuné packaging with tags and invoice intact. Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.
Exchange Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your replacement will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.
